Prayer For All Facing Surgery

Lord of Mercy and Compassion,
You healed the lame, brought sight to the blind, and breathed new life into the infirmed. Be with our brothers and sisters who are suffering in body, mind, and spirit.
In a special way, bring calm and comfort to those undergoing surgery. May they feel and be renewed by your miraculous love.
Guide with wisdom and skill all medical personnel, and assist them in their work to restore and heal their patients.
Hold close family, friends and caregivers, relieving them of their worry.
Trusting in you, faithful Lord, hear our prayers.
