Prayer for Those Who Have Died

Jesus, Lord of all, you invite everyone to God’s eternal love, and you died to bring us life.

Grant mercy to those who have died and await the fullness of your salvation. Lead them home, so they may enjoy abundant life in you, united with the communion of saints and all the faithful departed.

May our brothers and sisters live anew in the freedom and joy of heaven, now and forever.
Amen.
