Prayer of Thanksgiving
God, gracious and merciful, we offer thanks for the bounty you shower upon us. As we gather with loved ones to proclaim your goodness, may we remember those most in need of your love and our care. Help us see the face of Christ this day in those without food or shelter. Prepare us to be your loving arms for all who dwell in isolation or illness of body, mind, or spirit. In better giving ourselves to the world around us, may we fervently adore you and offer you our hands, our homes, and our hearts.
God of abundant goodness, hear us. With greatest thanksgiving, we are yours.
